One to One Coaching
In addition to the Member’s monthly peer-to-peer meeting, each Member is required to participate in a monthly “closed door” one to one coaching experience. In the coaching scenario, the Coach is committed to pushing the CEO out of his/her comfort zone, be provocative, challenge the status quo, interrogate reality and encourage self awareness.
The one to one is meant to expose blind spots, discover real issues, acknowledge limitations and help the CEO see the “picture”, because it’s “hard to see the picture when you’re inside the frame”. This leads to the CEO marshalling his or her personal resources for greater effectiveness as a leader and better decision making which in turn leads to greater equity value in the business.
