MEETING DAY OUTLINE
The LEVERAGEDWISDOM Meeting day is chaired by a trained professional facilitator. A typical day’s agenda includes:
QUICKBLINQ
QUICKBLINK requires Members to answer a set of questions using their inherent gut instincts and observational skills, as well as key indicator data gathered from their business operations. These questions are meant to bring everyone up to speed on each other’s issues, opportunities, insights and concerns regarding the world at large, their business and personal challenges.
ACTIONAGENDA
Members quickly post their challenges and opportunities for discussion. The Members then prioritize these items for deeper discussion using various techniques for clarification, understanding recommendation and a call for action statements. Issues discussed in detail require the member to report back in the next meeting.
FEET2FIRE
Members who posted and reviewed issues or opportunities in the prior meeting are required to report on their progress thereby establishing the discipline of accountability.
PRESENTATION SPEAKER
At each meeting we have a speaker who presents material pertinent to Members becoming better owners, leaders and managers of their business. Speaker presentations are meant to add substantive content to our process. They are usually about 30 minutes in length, followed by a vigorous question and answer period.
STRATEGIC INTENT
Each Member (one per meeting) must present his/her Strategic Intent so that the Members can know where the Member wants to go; because, if they don’t know where you’re going any road will do. The Strategic Intent presentation includes a review of operations, products, customers, management team, brands and profitability. With knowledge of each Member’s Strategic Intent the Members are better prepared to discuss issues and opportunities as they arise during the ACTIONAGENDA process.
PLUS/DELTA
We close the day with a review of what went well and what could have gone better.
